Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced telecom engineer specialized in Vicidial, Kamailio, RTPEngine, Redis, and MariaDB to build and implement a robust, high-capacity telecom infrastructure capable of handling 15 million calls per day. The system involves advanced AI integrations, extensive real-time monitoring, and dynamic adaptive routing. Additionally, we require the development of a fully customizable user interface to manage operational parameters comprehensively.
Key Responsibilities:
Setup and configure 30 outbound and 12 inbound Vicidial servers.
Implement Kamailio SIP proxies (active/passive) with RTPEngine for media management.
Deploy external Answering Machine Detection (AMD) using FreeSWITCH/Drachtio.
Establish real-time agent status management and routing using Redis.
Configure MariaDB master/slave replication with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Ensure high availability and redundancy (Keepalived, Redis Sentinel, RTPEngine).
Perform comprehensive load testing and real-time monitoring using SIPp, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Provide dynamic adaptive routing solutions for optimal performance and minimal latency.
Develop a custom management interface enabling full control over:
Server speed and performance
Percentage-based file imports
Campaign start, stop, and pause controls
Automated call and pause timing adjustments
Skills Required:
Extensive experience with Vicidial, Kamailio, and RTPEngine
Strong expertise in MariaDB/MySQL databases, Redis, and Linux server management
Proven experience with SIP protocol, RTP optimization, and network performance tuning
Experience in high-availability setups and load balancing strategies
