A voip system (probably Issabel) for an apartment complex.
Security guard will dial apartment number and system under the hood will dial the apartment owner's cell phone. (Security guard will not know owner's phone).
When apartment owner calls, system will show callerid with the apartment number (obfuscating caller's cell phone number)
An external system is also required to manage the extension number vs cellphone number relationship.
