VOIP EXPERT

I am looking for a VOIP expert who can set up an entire system from scratch. The main focus of the project will be to configure and establish a user-friendly VOIP gateway utilizing the latest technology available. I would like the end product to be a functional and secure phone system with a user-friendly interface. All assistance needed to get my system up and running will be highly appreciated.
