3CX - Solving different problems

We have an existing 3CX phone system and want you to make the following changes:
1. When we call someone, the main number is displayed. We want the recipient to see our direct numbers
2. When we call someone using the swiss country code (+41) it doesn't work. Please solve this problem. It works when using "00" instead of "+"
