Small Business VoIP & SIP Setup

I'm looking for a professional to assist me with the setup of a VoIP and SIP system using 3CX for my small business. The project is urgent and needs to be completed as soon as possible.
Key Requirements:
- Setting up a fully functional VoIP and SIP system using 3CX.
- Implementing call forwarding functionality.
Please note, I currently do not have a network infrastructure in place, so a complete setup is necessary. The ideal freelancer for this project would have extensive experience with 3CX, VoIP and SIP setups, and network infrastructure. Timely completion and good communication skills would be highly appreciated.
