Simple VoIP Asterisk / AstLinux project. 5 extensions with auto-attendant

Hello,
I need a documentation to build a secure and reliable cloud AstLinux PBX.
I'm looking for an expert in Asterisk. You must have used a AstLinux as well.
The instructions must be clear. We cannot use any web GUI such as FreePBX.
We have to use AstLinux distribution. Here's the link:

I can get it up and running, upload the ISO image to a cloud VM, open all the TCP and UDP ports, and give you full access to the server.
We like to use VOIP.MS, but if you have a better suggestion we will consider it.

Usage example of auto-attendant menu:
# WORKING HOURS:
# Monday to Friday 9AM to 7PM
# Auto attendant:
Press 0 for Reception, press 1 to speak with Bob, press 2 to speak with Alice, 3 to speak with Jon, and 4 for any other question.
Extension: 0
Employee 1: Reception
Device: Polycom VVX 410 ### I can upload the config file to the phone ###
Extension: 1
Bob: Tech support
Device: Soft-phone
Extension: 2
Alice: Billing Department
Device: Soft-phone
Condition 1: If it doesn't answer, forward the call to her cellphone number
Extension: 3
Jon = Sales Department
Device: cellphone
Forward the call to his cellphone number
Extension: 4
Address = All other questions. Then hangup.
Any other extensions: "Repeat the auto-attendant menu"
All users must have Voice Mailbox.
Ability to create a conference room

Technical Requirements:
- We prefer to use PJSIP, but I'm not sure if the AstLinux's firewall supports PJSIP. If it doesn't then we have to use Chan_SIP.
- Configuration must be security and done with best practice in mind.
- On hold / Wait music should play a custom .WAV or .MP3 file.
Any recommendation and advise from your expertise is highly valuable to us and may result to more future work. I have a lot of work I need help with.

# If a caller doesn't enter any extension for 5 seconds, say "please press an extension", wait 3 seconds, if still nothing then hangup.
# If extension is invalid three times (even when not consecutively), say "try again", if still wrong say "goodbye" and hangup
Please add appropriate ring sounds, waiting time, timeout and invalid checks just like how an regular phone system should work.
This is for a place that don't allow me access to their production, we need to give them the instructions. Please help us with clear instructions. Once you send me the instructions, I will test them, and once it's all working only then you will get paid.
Unfortunately, half working or almost working instructions will be rejected by my manager, so please let's make sure your instructions work and tested well. Again, you only get paid once the work is completed.
You can also download AstLinux and test it on your local machine in a VM.
