Senior FreeSWITCH Developer Needed

I'm seeking for a senior FreeSWITCH developer for remote work. The ideal candidate must be available for 2 to 4 hours daily, 5 days a week, for team communication.

Description:
We are building a next-generation UCaaS platform (telephony + omni-channel messaging + AI) and need a Senior FreeSWITCH Engineer to help build and optimize:
- Real-time call monitoring and billing.
- Dynamic balance checking and low balance warnings mid-call.
- API-based call control using ESL (Event Socket Layer) and WebSockets.
- Optimize FreeSWITCH clustering and HA setups (High Availability).
- Audio recording storage integration with AWS S3.
- Work with GoLang and ReactJS teams to deliver real-time call data.

Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage FreeSWITCH with ESL event hooks.
- Implement real-time call billing based on customer balance.
- Develop FreeSWITCH custom modules (Lua or C) if needed.
- Setup proper failover, scaling, and multi-server architecture.
- Integrate FreeSWITCH CDRs with database (MariaDB/Postgresql).
- Secure SIP communications (TLS/SRTP, SIP authentication).
- Monitor and optimize call performance (low-latency call setup).
- Work with DevOps to automate deployments (Ansible/Terraform knowledge is a bonus).

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with FreeSWITCH (mandatory).
- Deep knowledge of ESL, Sofia SIP Profiles, ACLs, Dialplans.
- Strong experience with live billing/call accounting.
- Hands-on with GoLang or Python integration for real-time APIs.
- AWS infrastructure familiarity (EC2, S3, RDS, Elastic IPs).
- Bonus: Experience with RTPengine, Kamailio, or Opensips.
- Bonus: Experience with VoIP Security and NAT Traversal issues.
