SIP\VOIP expert to configure windows client (we want to be able to receive calls to a windows pc - MUTE ALL OTHER SOFTWARE AND RECEIVE THE CALL)

I am seeking a SIP\VOIP expert who can configure the MicroSip client (or any other windows client software he knows) on my Windows PC. My goal is to be able to receive calls without any interference from other software running on my computer. Therefore, I would like the expert to ensure that all other software is muted during calls. its a CISCO network....
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in configuring MicroSip client (or any other windows software he knows - i don't care, i just want to receive the call and mute everything running on windows and to be able to hear the call)
- Knowledge of Cisco VOIP/SIP provider
- Experience providing intermediate support for customization of VOIP/SIP systems
