Hello,
I’m looking for a professional to set up a UK-based business phone system with the following features:
1. Professional Greeting & IVR Menu
• A professionally recorded greeting message when customers call.
• An interactive voice response (IVR) menu allowing callers to choose from several options (e.g., “Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for Support,” etc.).
2. Smart Call Distribution
• Once a caller makes a selection, the call should be routed to a group of available team members.
• The system should ring all available users simultaneously or in a round-robin method, and the first person to answer the call should be connected with the customer.
• This needs to work with multiple users who may be signed in remotely or through a softphone/mobile app.
3. UK-Based Phone Number
• I require a UK geographic or non-geographic business number as the main contact number.
4. Admin Dashboard/Call Management (Optional but Preferred)
• Ability to view call logs, set user availability, and manage the IVR options as needed.
