Online training (faster) on Network devices configuration

I have a local LAN with Windows devices (clients and servers), printers, Wifi access, NAS and VoIP.
Actually it's a "flat network" (same subnet)

I have the design of "new" secure network, with VLan, DMZ, ...
Actually we have 2 exsisting VLAN (defined on EdgeMAX device for VoIP and Data, see attachment)

We have:
* FritzBox wi-fi "router"
* Switch NETGEAR GS748Tv1 L3
* Gigabit Switches UniFi USW-Pro-48
* Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch16 Model: ES-16-XG (to distribute VoIP and LAN connectivity in all buildings)

I need one day support to learn how to manage and configure this devices.
