Migrate away from 3rd party phone system to Teams voice telephony
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I am currently using Microsoft Teams for other purposes in my organization and now I need assistance with setting up Teams voice telephony as well as migrating existing data. However, I do not require training for my staff on how to use Teams voice telephony.
We have 5 Old poly phones which needs to be configured with teams voice. all 5 phones should be configured with same number and ext. Main line will have a receptionist to pick up the phone but will also have an option for caller to dial ext and get the call transferred to other hard phones.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have the following skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Teams
- Expertise in setting up Teams voice telephony
- Experience with migrating data to Teams voice telephony
- Familiarity with integrating 3rd party phone systems with Teams
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Teams voice telephony
- Excellent communication skills to provide guidance and support to staff members during the migration process.
