I'm looking for a professional who can configure a VoIP softphone system on Mac for a sales call center. The primary function of the system will be to handle sales calls.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Installation and configuration of the VoIP softphone system on Mac OS
- Setting up the system to handle a team of 10 users
- Ensuring the system is optimized for sales calls
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in setting up VoIP systems, particularly on Mac OS
- Experience with configuring and managing call centers
- Strong understanding of best practices for sales call operations

So basically people will call the users which will range up 10 users they will hear a greeting then call will be forwarded to main user
