Linkus and yeastar

I have setup Linkus in yeastar S20, work remotly in ios fine. but in android no voice. I have setup port forwarding in the modem but not sure if this correct configuration.
Also, many times I try to register a mobile device it blocked by firewall
What I need:
make sure firewall settings are correct.
make sure port forwarding are correct.
configure Linkus to work in linkus app for ios and android correctly.
