Launch a survey using freepbx VOIP

I am looking for a freepbx specialist who can develop a app to launch a survey after the call has completed. When the agent completes the call and one question survey is presented to the caller asking please grade your expersince between 1 and 6.
Ideally ther person would have developed this in the past using VOIP anf Freepbx
