Jitsi / Jigasi / Jibri Setup SIP Video calling API 1-1 room

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up a Jitsi / Jigasi / Jibri SIP video calling API in a 1-1 room. I already have a server to host the setup, so the ideal candidate should be familiar with configuring and deploying Jitsi on a server.
I require some custom features to be added to the basic Jitsi setup. The level of customization needed is moderate, so the freelancer should be able to make moderate changes to the codebase as per my requirements.
