Install PfSense with PfBlockerNG to Block Spam Telemarketer Calls on my iPhone

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me install PfSense with PfBlockerNG to block spam telemarketer calls on my iPhone.
Current Network Setup:
- I have a home network.
Hardware:
- I do not have a dedicated server or virtual machine to install PfSense. I would need recommendations for hardware that would work best for this project.
UI Customization:
- I am looking for the standard PfSense interface, with no additional customization required.
