Inbound Tow truck booking and dispatch
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We require someone to take inbound calls from customers requiring towing and roadside assistance. We need someone to quote, book and then dispatch a driver. Require on an after-hours basis. - 6 pm - 6 am Monday to Friday and all weekend.
Once a job is booked, you are to dispatch the job to the driver's tablet and contact the driver to ensure they have the job.
This usually is busy between 6 pm to 10 pm, and very few calls afterwards.
Ideally, we would like to pay on a per booked job basis.
