Grandstream H813 Configuration Assistance

I need help configuring my H813 Grandstream with an analogue PSTN line to work with my Issabel system.
Currently, I am unable to make both outgoing and receive incoming calls. I have followed the manufacturer's manual to the letter, but I seem to have missed something crucial.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Grandstream devices, specifically the H813 model.
- Proficient in configuring analogue lines with Issabel.
- Previous experience with PSTN service would be advantageous.
