FusionPBX Modification for Billing & IP Call Forwarding

I'm looking for a seasoned FusionPBX expert to enhance my system.
- Billing Service: You'll be responsible for incorporating real-time call cost calculation, detailed call logs with billing info, and support for both prepaid and postpaid billing systems.
- Call Forwarding via IP: I need this feature to be able to set up call forwarding to multiple destinations and for each user to have customizable call forwarding settings as per their preference.
You should have a strong background in telecommunications, specifically with VOIP systems. Experience with FusionPBX is a plus. Your understanding of how to successfully integrate and tailor these modifications to a live system is key.
