I'm seeking a seasoned FusionPBX professional to set up an outbound call broadcast system complete with IVR and call transfers to an external Vicidial server, using the actual customer caller ID.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently configure FusionPBX call for call broadcasting and transfer it on ivr press1 transfer.
2. Implement an IVR system that allows callers the option to speak to a representative.
3. Manage caller ID for outbound calls.
4. Integrate with an external Vicidial server.
Additionally, I need:
- The creation of an outbound survey campaign with DTMF logging and detailed reporting.
- A comprehensive setup of a cloud server web firewall for enhanced security for FusionPBX.
- An end-to-end standard operating procedure (SOP).
Ideal skills for this job include:
- Extensive experience with FusionPBX.
- Proficiency in setting up IVR systems and call transfers.
- Knowledge of Vicidial integration.
- Ability to create and manage outbound survey campaigns.
