Asterisk/FreeSwitch + API VoIP Development

I am looking for a skilled developer who can help me with the development of a FreeSwitch + API VoIP system. The main functionality that I need for my system is call routing and forwarding. I do not have an existing VoIP system that needs to be integrated with FreeSwitch. For the API development, I am open to suggestions regarding the programming language to be used.

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
