ERPnext with Twilio
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Summary: what is needed is an ERPnext system (latest stable. I think version 15) with Twilio integration for incoming and outgoing voice calls. The productive system should be hosted on a Digital Ocean Droplet. A development system is also needed. Both production and development should be encapsulated in Docker containers.
Twillio:
I am a specialist in the sales of IT services. What I need are direct dialing, fax reception (no joke, German authorities) and call forwarding or sip trunking to my office service. I mostly make phone calls from Croatia to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition, telephony should be integrated into ERPnext.
An important point is call handling. If someone dials 0 (central office), they should be forwarded directly to the office service. The same thing should happen when I'm on the phone and someone calls my extension. It would be nice to have an immediate indication of the call that I couldn't accept.
It should look like this:
+385 21XXXXX - 0 Central forwarding to the office service.
+385 21XXXXX - 50 Send fax by email (enquiriesATabc.com).
+385 21XXXXX - 10 My extension.
+385 21XXXXX - 20 Assistant 1
+385 21XXXXX - 30 Assistant 2

The office service offers an “API”. Maybe that tells you something.

ERPnext:
Since I mainly make phone calls and send email follow-ups, the CRM is of crucial importance to me. I assume that an email client is integrated into ERPnext. If so, it should also be possible to store email templates.
I would also like to send offers and invoices by email, so I need the print formats to be adjusted. Since I trade within the EU, the invoices must be reverse charged.
The accounting is done externally.
