Configure and Secure "Incredible PBX" VM with 2 IP Phones, 3 IVRs and call forwarding

I currently have a hosted Incredible PBX server that I need someone to properly configure, secure and help setup 2 SIP phones, IVRs and configure other extensions to forward to cell phones. I also need to secure the server so that we wont get hacked and others use our PBX. I am open to a OPENVPN server or other solutions.
