Configure Dinstar GOIP Gateway for VoIP

I need assistance with my Dinstar GOIP Gateway. The device is to VOS3000 service. Currently, I'm experiencing audio issues on both ends of every call. The calls connect perfectly but there is no audio on both ends of the call.
