Conference Room A/V & VC Setup
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need assistance configuring the Audio/Visual systems in a training/conference room. This involves primarily the Sound System and the Video Conferencing setup. The primary purpose of this room will be for presentations.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficient in setting up and configuring Audio/Visual systems
- Experienced with Sound System installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledgeable in Video Conferencing systems setup
- Prior experience in configuring systems for presentation-focused rooms
We have installed and cabled the room, but the engineer who was doing this has had to abandon the project before everything is programmed. The kit comprises a Yealink Teams Rom system for large conference rooms, a Q-SYS Core 8 Flex and Q-SYS MP-A20V Amp, Ceiling speakers (already installed), Audio Technica System 10 Pro wireless microphones, and shure ceiling mic. Main thing we need is programming of the Q-SYS Core so that everything integrates together.
