Cloud PBX -- 2

Hi. I need an endpoint (page) in the shopify platform, for a the voip phone system (cloud pbx) that accesses the our shopify shop via HTTP or HTTPS, just like a visitor, posting the phone number via GET and waiting from the page for the result of the query in our database with the customer's name if that exists. Can you do this? How much? Thanks
