Cloud PBX

Hi. I need an endpoint (page) in the Shopify platform, for the VoIP phone system (cloud PBX) that accesses our Shopify shop via HTTP or HTTPS, just like a visitor, posting the phone number via getting and waiting from the page for the result of the query in our database with the customer's name if that exists. Can you do this? How much? Thanks
