Cloud Directory (LDAP) and VOIP and SIP consultant expert
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I would like to hire someone to help me select a Cloud Directory (LDAP), VOIP, and SIP solution.
I would like a cloud-based, centralized directory service, like an LDAP, so that I can create a new user and have the option to select from the below-listed services and have an account created for the user in those services. I don't want all users to have the same services so it is important that I can choose which services are added to the user.
Here are the services that I use and would like to integrate into my Cloud Directory service:
Azure
Google Suite
Slack
Asana
NextCloud
Zoho Suite
GoCo.io
Additional conditions:
I would prefer that this LDAP service be self-hosted, probably on Azure, and be an Open Source solution, if possible.
I need the ability to create Groups and add Users to those groups. These groups can be used for file permissions on file servers that will access the Directory to obtain user permissions.
I work in an all macOS environment. iOS and Android solutions would need to exist for my mobile users.
For the SIP and VOIP, I have over 200 phone numbers in sequence that I would like to "park" somewhere because I don't want to lose the numbers. I need a cost-effective solution to store those numbers. Can I set up and host my own SIP trunk service so I can park those numbers?
I need a VOIP service or Asterisk PBX that uses the LDAP directory to create an account for the users if that service is selected. These features are necessary for the VOIP service: texting, inter-company chatting, video calling, voice calling, viewing a list of all company users, transferring calls to other company users, seeing the status or presence of other other users, sharing screen when using the macOS app, complex auto-attendant services, schedules for handling the calls, conference rooms with access codes, call recording with remote file saving features (save the files to a remote server) and general standard features like conference calls, three-way calls, music on hold, etc. I currently use Webfone and am generally pleased with the service and the user interface. It would be great if the texting and chat had Slack integration. There should also be integration with Google Contacts and it must allow authorization for multiple Google Contacts accounts. This integration will be important for managing call rules.
I need a recommendation on a softphone that will allow me to answer phones on macOS computers and iOS phones. I would like to be able to utilize all of the above-listed VOIP features in the softphone app. Bria seems to be a robust app, but I am open to alternative solutions.
