Cisco 8845 VoIP Upgrade

I need an experienced Cisco VoIP technician to assist remotely in upgrading a Cisco 8845 IP phone from Enterprise (CUCM) firmware to Multiplatform Firmware (MPP). You will also configure it to work with a third-party SIP provider (Phone.systems).

Scope of Work:

Assist with verifying the current firmware and confirming CUCM version.
Guide or remotely perform factory reset procedures if needed.
Set up and verify TFTP server configuration (SolarWinds or Tftpd64).
Create or verify proper XMLDefault.cnf.xml configuration.
Flash the Cisco 8845 with correct MPP firmware.
Verify successful conversion (no more activation code prompt).
Assist in configuring SIP credentials from Phone.systems.
Perform testing and confirm the phone is registered and making/receiving calls.

Requirements:
- Full remote guidance during the upgrade
- Experience with Cisco 8845 IP phones
- Familiarity with MPP and third-party SIP configurations
- Must ensure a smooth transition without data loss
