Cisco UCCE CVP application development

We need a CVP Application Developer to write an application that sends the voice from the user on IVR to an HTTP endpoint and receives a voice to play it to the customer.

The idea is to build a conversational IVR & Chatbot on Cisco UCCE/PCCE environment
