Cisco IP Phones Setup with FreePBX

I need assistance with configuring four Cisco IP Phones connected to a FreePBX system on a QNAP NAS. Two of the phones are compatible with FreePBX while the other two have the original Cisco CUCM firmware. The goal is to establish a network where these phones can communicate with each other via local calls only.

Key Requirements:
- Basic FreePBX configuration for local calls
- Suggestions for specific user extensions and names/labels for the IP phones
- Ensuring all phones are properly connected to the local network via a network switch and router
- Ensure that all Cisco IP phones have the latest firmware updates installed.

I am open to suggestions for the IP phone labeling and user extensions since I am not sure what would be best. I have the necessary hardware set up, including a TeamViewer or remote access connection to the QNAP which operates 24/7. The QNAP is connected to the same router as the Cisco IP phones and each phone is powered via a POE cable.

If you think the job can be done easier with a CUCM server please suggest hardwear or software I can aqcuire. Maybe I can install CUCM on the Virtual machine on QNAP or buy another hardwear server. Maybe we can setup Linux...

Some QNAP skills would be good.
