CallHippo Domain Fix & Setup

I need an experienced CallHippo troubleshooter to jump in right away and get my account fully operational. The immediate roadblock is a domain verification problem—CallHippo keeps rejecting my domain even after I follow their on-screen steps. I do have full access to my DNS panel, so you can add, edit, or remove TXT, CNAME, or SPF records as needed.

Once the domain is green-lit, I also want the platform taken from “brand-new” to “ready for outbound cold calling.” That means numbers purchased or ported, dial-plans created, caller ID set, and any essential integrations (Zapier, HubSpot) switched on.

Deliverables (all must be met to mark the job complete):
• Domain successfully verified in CallHippo dashboard
• All mandatory DNS records (TXT, SPF, DKIM or CNAME) correctly propagated and documented
• Account settings optimized: business hours, voicemail, call routing, and user roles
• At least one outbound number tested and proven to connect without caller-ID issues
• Brief hand-off note summarizing every change made, plus screenshots of the verified status
