Build/Update an Android VoIP SIP Dialer FLUTTER, REACT NATIVE

We need a basic SIP dialer for Android, keeping in mind these features:
* ONLY someone that already worked with VoIP dialer.
* An existing or fresh source code to customize and update to the latest version and standards
* Dialer itself with all the basic functionality of a softphone.
* Call history (calls made by the app itself)
* Address book
* Login/signup activities
* Source code availability will create and stored on our private GitLab
There is a pre-compiled APK that can be used for further reference and additional resources.
THIS WAS OUR ORIGINAL PROJECT WHICH NEEDS AN UPDATE NOW WITH NEW PROGRAMMING STANDARDS:

We need a basic voip softphone dialer that works with the SIP protocol.
dialer has the common dialer options like:
- hang-up
- mute
- speakerphone
- call state indicator
- dial a number
- dial a number from contacts (phone contact book)
- simple call logs saved in the phone database (Calls, numbers called, call durations, dates)
- show destination rate cost with country flag during dialing (we provide the API)
- create new account (we provide the API)
- forgot password (we provide the API)
- show remaining customers account balance (we provide the API)
- CID caller ID selector
First Milestone which is this project only outgoing calls
Second Milestone (next project) a second SIP (linked DID) account receiving calls on the softphone.
the code needs to be good for future developments. and use the basic principles of clean coding (DOCUMENTATION, Comments, etc. ...)
The preferred platform for the application is: Flutter, React-Native
Our voip provider only supports the Standard SIP options, not the SIP Over WEBRTC or WebSocket.
The Technical skills required:

- Android Studio
