Advanced Network Mikrotik Configuration with VLANs

I'm looking for a networking expert who can help me configure a MikroTik RB5009 and a DLINK Smart Switch. The main requirements are setting up VLANs and their associated configurations for this setup.

Configuration Mikrotik RB5009
1. Port 1 (ether1) with VLAN400(VOIP) ,500(INTERNET) ,600(IPTV) for DIAL UP the UNIFI & Primary Internet
2. Port 2 (5G) Line Internet for Load Balancer & Internet Backup
3. Port 3 Bridge for VLAN400 VOIP
4. Port 4 Bridge for VLAN600 IPTV
5. Port 5-6 LAN-BONDING with DHCP for VLAN10 (172.16.100.0/24), VLAN20 (172.16.200.0/24), VLAN30 (172.16.300.0/24)
6. Port 7-8 LOCAL-BONDING DHCP 192.168.100.0/24
7. IP for Mikrotik 192.168.100.254
8. Set Web Access & SSH from Inside and Outside
9. Set Username and Password using VLAN500 username : khairuni90@unifi password : ??????
10. Routing
11. DNS 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
12. Set Cloudflare dynamic DNS with domain fw.sibu.org.my
13. OpenVPN
14. Load Balancer + Backup for Internet Port Ether1 and Ether2
15. Mitigation DDOS from Outside
