need a voice over for a 7 minute simple video

I have a 7 minute video capture of an online game that has voice narration already, but the voice needs to be substituted with a nicer and more professional voice., script is the same. Audio should be in US or British or neutral accent. (btw India accent is NOT neutral). You will have to sign an audio artists release form giving me full rights to use including broadcast rights.
