I need a voice actor for an audio drama episode

I'm looking for a passionate actor for a role in an audio drama episode. The role features an individual giving out instructions in an unsettling way. Should be quite interesting! It would keep the listeners on the edge of their seats. I have attached a sample script below for a demo. You can send a demo seperately via messages if that's good. It would be approx 500 words. It's quite a unique story and should be fun to record. Please have a good mic and ideally a studio for great sound quality. Would love finished audio in WAV and MP3 files. I would appreciate if commercial rights and exclusive use were included. Thanks!
