I need someone to take a look at my Focusrite equipment for home voiceover recording

Hi, I am a voiceover artist with some basic Focusirte Studio 2:2 bundle for recording. Currently facing an issue whereby the sound isn't good quality, ie it is too quiet, in fact and the moment. I cannot hear a thing back. I have a tried a number of troubleshooting tasks via Youtube and cannot work out the issue. I record via Windows using Audacity.

Please help.
