I need a female voice dubber for upcoming animation series.

Hi! My name is Blanca, and I'm developing an animated streaming series called 'Fenghuang'. I need a female voice dubber to play the lead in the pilot, because I can't really animate her without a voice. I'm looking specifically for asian voice dubbers, because the main character is asian (No country specified but the series is based on japanese and asian folklore). It is a very small project at the moment and all we are doing is the pilot.

I'll attach a document with the character's age and personality, so you can understand her well, and some requirements and specifications.
