20 minutes Voice Over in mainland Mandarin

I am looking for a freelancer who can provide a 20-minute voice over in mainland Mandarin for an educational project. The purpose of the voice over is to provide instructional content. I already have a script prepared for the voice over. The voice over should be in a formal tone.
