An actor is required for a horror character

I'm looking for a male actor for a horror character. Should be fun! The character would have a deeply unsettling vibe. It would have you on the edge of the seat. Age is no barrier, but its all about delivering a creepy performance for this role. Word length is around 150 words. I have attached a sample script for a flavour of the role and for an audition. It must keep you absorbed in the story. I'd appreciate if commercial rights and exclusive use would be included for this project. Would be looking around the $10 range for this gig. Thanks!
