Voiceover for my youtube channel

I make videos about movie reviews and theories. As you see, my video voiceovers are AI generated voices, so I want a human voice on them. So I offer you to be the voice of my channel
But since I haven't started earning money from the channel, I wonder if you are interested in working on this project with me? My offer is, I will send you the script of the videos once or twice a week, you will do your voiceover and send it to me (no editing needed before sending). The rest (video idea, scripting, editing, thumbnails and seo) is on me. As soon as the channel starts to make money, I will give you 30% of the ad revenue (for now. we can revise it later based on the channel's growth and revenue).
Right now the channel has 440 subscribers and 2782 hours of public watch time (1000 subs and 4000 hours needed to start earning)

It would be better if you just send me your voiceover narrating these sentences (intro of my last video):
