Voiceover for Safety Videos

I am looking for someone to provide a professional, high-quality voiceover for safety videos in English and subsequently in the following languages.

Bulgarian
Chinese
Dutch
French
German
Italian
Japanese
Lithuanian
Polish
Portuguese
Spanish

Kindly note, there are 2 videos of 10 minutes each. The script is in english for both and needs to be translated from English then recorded in above mentioned languages.

I need options in both male and female voice - but no actors are necessary, just voice. Voiceover should be provided in a timely manner and according to the project specs. I am looking forward to hearing your work!
