Voiceover - English with Mexican Accent - Prefer Male, but Female Possible

I am seeking a voiceover artist who can provide a dramatic narration with a Mexican accent for a project less than 5 minutes long. While I prefer a male voice, I am also open to female voiceovers. The purpose of the voiceover is for a narrative piece in a Halloween haunted display. The ideal freelancer will have experience in voiceover work and be able to provide a sample of their previous work or provide a line or two from this project as a sample. It is important that the freelancer can speak English with a Mexican accent and deliver a dramatic tone. I may have more work if I am satisfied with the submitted work. Here's a sample line from the project: "Do you know the story of La Llorona? No? Well, let me tell you..."
