Voice over programming course videos

We need to voice over our video programming course which is currently in Hindi into English. The course videos have a total time of around 35 hours. The recorded voice must be in sync with the contents of the video (Note that there is no human face in video, so lip sync is not required). We will not provide scripts, so you have to prepare English scripts and then voice over. The audio should be recorded in an interactive way assuming you are teaching someone in front of you.
