Voice-over for an explainer video on septic to sewer services

I am in need of a voice-over artist for an explainer video on septic to sewer services. The desired tone for the voice-over is friendly and conversational.
Skills and Experience:

- Excellent pronunciation and enunciation

- Experience in working with explainer videos is a plus
Requirements:
- The client has a complete script for the voice-over, so the artist will need to be able to bring the script to life with their voice.
