I am looking for a voice over artist to provide character voices for an upcoming animation project. As I am open to suggestions from the freelancer, I am looking for someone who has experience in creating unique and engaging character voices. The desired length of the voiceover is not specified, but the project is expected to be anywhere from less than 1 minute to 5 minutes. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
