Voice over

I am looking for a voice over artist who is fluent in English, to provide a serious tone voice over for my video. I only need the audio file. There are 3 documents. Two have approximately 1500 words each, and one has 2800 words. so a total of 5800 words. So I'll need a total of 3 separate audio files. I have tight budget since it's a starting project, so only bid if you're interested or a beginner freelancer. I'll provide good feedback and subsequent projects with better rates, if this is goes well. My current budget is USD25.

You should have either British or American accent, a deep captivating voice and be a football (soccer fan) as well as be open to do voice over on political conflicts as one of the documents is about the recent Israel vs Palestine conflicts.


Skills and experience required:
- Fluent in English

- Deep captivating voice
- Experience in providing voice overs for youtube videos and animation videos
- Ability to deliver a serious tone in the voice over
-Ability to be humorous in voice over

b) 30 seconds clip in excited tone
c) 30 seconds clip in serious tone

I'll provide the files to selected freelancer. But note, the total length of the documents is about 5800 words. and budget is $25. Don't bid and ask for more
