Voice Talent needed for YouTube Channel Narration

I am looking to hire a voice narrator for my top 10 YouTube channel. We produce around 2-3 short videos a week on various educational subjects. Each script is around 200-300 words long, so they are quite short scripts. The budget we have is $25usd for each script. We are looking for a very professional and clean voiceover, and a short turn around time. There is opportunity for long term work, since we need 2-3 scripts done each week for the channel.
