Voice Removal from Recording

I need assistance removing a female voice from a voice memo recording. The goal is to achieve clear dialogue for the remaining voices.

I also need background outdoor noise removed so only voice can be heard clearly

I recorded my dad’s voice saying various things and he has since passed away. I would love to be able to hear just his voice (and not my mum’s in the background). I also recorded him reading a stories in the garden but the background outdoor noise is very loud, I would love to remove this too and just hear him clearly so that I can play this recording to my daughter. I used voice memo on IPhone to record.
