Voice / Recording talent for Audiobook needed

I publish short e-books that are generally based in the gay romance fiction field.
I am looking for a high quality voice acting and recording talent in order to turn my e-books into audiobooks for me. So if you are looking for a recurring job as a freelance writer you came to the right place! I want someone to build a long term relationship with, and who can provide quality audios for me quickly.

This job will be recurring if you do a good job!
Your task will be to bring my stories to life and record my e-books and send them to me in a professional, high quality - no background noises.

The e-books are around 12.000 word stories.
I'm willing to pay $1 per 100 words.
